You would be surprised at how your nerves relax after having built relationships with these folks who are doing it.

I don't think if either had any of the mentors I knew, the mentor would be telling them to relax a little....lol

As an aside we just got back from Laguna Beach and had a nice relaxing visit.

Should I pass or rent to them for 6 months given that its holiday season and finding good renters is tough.
