Maybe start of as an analyst and/or assistant PM just get jumpstart my experience. 

Reading your post, it sounds like you didn't have a strong why on getting your license and just got it because it's not that hard to do.

That's all you can do given your experience. $80k in equity isn't much in the grand scheme of things.
