I am going for a site visit this week and am wondering what other questions or info would be important to have or find out.

There is a calculation performed each year based on the account value and an age factor (perhaps yours, perhaps the deceased original account holder depending on certain variables). 

This is a fantastic site for networking and learning from other successful investors.  

If this is too much hassles, do you have any no performing capital loss asset that can offset the gain ? 

I looked in spam and no login so I went to the site and used the forgot password button to be able to log in.

I fully intend to rent out several of the rooms, possibly in a Short Term situation through AirBnB type sites, some rooms to what I hope to be my daughters college friends that have Mom & Dad to foot the bill for them :) Aside from that using a small MultiFamily is a great idea as well as even doing a live in fix and flip, these are all ways to house hack and unless you just can't stomach having "roommates" or living next door to your tenants then I just can't see a downside. 

A lot of software will perform market syndication, which means that once you create your listing you can market it on major listing sites like Zumper.com, Rent.com, etc. with one click.

I don’t feel comfortable using the sites on google, when I search for hard money.
