I haven't seen guests look at houses because of lanai screen (I'm assuming when you say lanai you mean the screen and not the integrity of the lanai itself) but because of the outdoor area including pool - assuming you still have these?  

I will say that its better overall with all the new folks with better food, entertainment, etc.

As you've experienced, Naples has A LOT to offer... numerous top rated beaches, tons of shopping, dining and entertainment.

We plan to build a cabin and use the property for a weekend/outdoor getaway (hiking, climbing, shooting, kayaking, ect)I've never bought just land before, and have only bought one house thus far.

Cool night life, quiet neighborhood, proximity to outdoor attractions, food quality(big one for me), local sports team, etc...

There is currently a ton of plans for Golden Bear Gateway in MJ - including Costco, medical/retail, entertainment, and housing.

-Closing outdoor amenities such as pools and spas between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Excellent floor plan for entertaining with separate dining room and great rooms plus large eat-in space near the kitchen.
