( me personally if I get a hint of a daisy chain last time I ever interact with that person).There are no ethics in wholesaling and no rules... for me if I wanted a property and you think its being shopped by numerous people licensed or not..

Really want to get into investing read some articles about how to start investing in property's but I'm just not sure what the first step would be as in being 16.

The only other thing you need is Articles of Organization, and if single member, just search google & you can find one in word that you can easily adapt.
