For newly constructed, purchased or renovated properties and also retroactive generally over the last 10 years, building components are properly classified into individual units of property and accurate recovery periods for computing depreciation deductions.

If you make it all the way through, I'd appreciate you sharing what the cost is.Does anyone else have any experience with their new launch?

I am a newly license real estate salesperson and work a w2.

I was quickly able to find and analyze my first deal, make an offer and close on my first out of state rental property.Since that first deal I've continued to concentrate all efforts in the Kansas City market with incredible success on my own portfolio while simultaneously launching my first real estate business offering turnkey rental properties to other investors.

I need markets with high-volume transactions of similar product, in dense locations, that are constantly delivering newly renovated product of all sizes & condition, to be able to accurately perform the ARV & ACV (After Cleanup Value) calculations that I do.

It's newly remodeled but since no one is moving due to rent moratorium and covid here in upstate NY, I've only received two calls.  

My husband and I are excited to launch our business in the Milwaukee, WI area. 

We have some rentals rented out for months within a few weeks of launching just by doing the right market research.

Taxes are $30/yr and there's an HOA fee of $242/yr (includes use of an indoor pool, private launches and a clubhouse).
