Hard for me to say that, but I'm getting deals, and I'm not sure how to sell them... freeks me out so much I have to work really hard finding solutions. 

Do people know that you are in the business of solving problems, and providing solutions for difficult properties & situations?  

The company describes itself as a global talent development company and offers learning and knowledge solutions to individuals, enterprises and institutions in information technology, business process outsourcing, retail, real estate, banking, finance and insurance, executive management education, school, education, communication and professional life skills, and vocational skills training.

Spray foam may be a good solution for the cap but ask the spray foam folks what they typically do on roof foam insulation jobs for venting.

You can always find an alternative solution - a buddy of mine rents a car when he needs a 4 door, but that seems pretty cost ineffective to me. 

Good realtors are very pragmatic people whose talent should be to figure out reasonable solutions to situations like this. 

I don't really know the cost of installing cans, but since it will require rewiring, I expect it will probably cost ~$500 vs <$100 for pendant lights & using the existing wiring & touch up paint.I was wondering about some sort of mixed solution too, though I'm still unsure if ROI will justify the increased in cost.

In my case he was able to give me much simpler solutions than I was expecting to have to install. 

There are always questions that need to be answered and solutions that need to be acquired on a rehab.

Just wondering if this is what others have found and if there are other solutions besides split systems which, as I stated above, haven't quite caught on yet in my neck of the woods.
