The vast majority of people have the “live for the day” mentality.

The whole COVID-19 situation has been ridiculous (in my opinion), and I wouldn't focus energy/mental head space on something that isn't fair or right. 

I really think landlords and the AOA should file lawsuits.I don't think rental control has anything to do with homeless people because almost all homeless people have mental issues ans prefer to live on the streets.

I believe a large percentage of the homeless have severe mental health issues so I look at it as a mental health crisis. 

@John Desmet if you can handle things mentally the best option will always be to purchase an asset that pays the debt.

Me personally I carry a gun whether I go to my What I consider an A or C class properties but even more so when I go to my C it’s just a different type of environment and mentality also their upbringing is different from my A class property renters I have to really be on my toes but I look like a tenant tbh so most people don’t mess with me I don’t scream their goes the landlord.

Sounds like from reading this post you are mentally checked out on this deal and it just isn't for you.

It’s my mental safety net of putting away for retirement but having the option to pull the principle out if I want access for emergency, a deal down payment, etc.
