I really think landlords and the AOA should file lawsuits.I don't think rental control has anything to do with homeless people because almost all homeless people have mental issues ans prefer to live on the streets.

I believe a large percentage of the homeless have severe mental health issues so I look at it as a mental health crisis.

Me personally I carry a gun whether I go to my What I consider an A or C class properties but even more so when I go to my C it’s just a different type of environment and mentality also their upbringing is different from my A class property renters I have to really be on my toes but I look like a tenant tbh so most people don’t mess with me I don’t scream their goes the landlord.

It’s my mental safety net of putting away for retirement but having the option to pull the principle out if I want access for emergency, a deal down payment, etc.
