Since May 2017, I’ve listened to about 3-4 podcasts/week and have read tons of books (far more reading than I ever actually did at college) pertaining to not only real estate investing, but also negotiating, overcoming mental obstacles, business strategies, etc.

How much does that student loan debt weigh on you mentally?  

@Jake Minyen from personal experience I inherited 3 Section 8 tenants and 2 were fine, the other had mental health issues and was rough on the property.

The best Mutual Life Insurance companies have large cash reserves.The biggest mental hurdle I had to overcome in buying the policy was I have to wait 5 years until I break even??? 

Back then, it was more of a wild wild west mentality.

Is she in sound mental health?

The items that itch at the back of my mind like a mental sliver can all be classified under the heading "What If.....". 

Why don't the states pay for their own recovery, because the same mentality exists at the state level. 

@Casey Maeda If a person doesn't have sufficient mental faculties or emotional durability to succeed in the securities markets that's fine, many others do and have done so very handsomely.
