@Vin Soando, you only need to match or exceed the sale price, there is no restriction on maintaining financing ratio. 

If someone can help explain or point me to a resource that best explains the distinct difference it would be greatly appreciated!

I believe there are other ways to backdoor into a 401k as well to increase the balance plus any employer matches.
