They didn't go in depth as to what exactly that meant but it's safe to assume they want to help a local family make it their primary residence.

I was the featured speaker with a local group (actually nationally presented) on building energy efficient homes. 

Study the market, get a local group together, and begin small.

It might be tempting to only rely on a local agent and PMC, but nothing beats seeing a new place in person. 

Post it in the local Facebook forums, if good it will sell in a day, YES you can list it, withOUT a realtor, simply state cash buyers only 

Because wholesale deals are not something advocated by your local Realtor assn.

While complying with all real estate and fair housing laws by state and more this allows for a more in depth and accurate decision making result. 

But the numbers just don’t work locally.
