Hiking trails with waterfalls, sandy beaches with fresh water to play in, miles of untouched shoreline in beautiful parks, oceans and razor clamming, skiing in winter, fishing, casinos, Seattle, a zillion wonderful micro-brewers, wineries  ... we would ski in the morning, drive down the mountain and take our dog to the beach on the river and play in the sun all afternoon.

Let me put it to you this way, in Las Vegas you can chose to gamble on many different slot machines, all of which the casino keeps a percentage of every dollar poured into the machine.

Then again, if I am an agent, I will not be able to market to homeowners of listed properties to gauge their interest in trying to sell the house (that their licensed realtor has sitting on the market for 100+ days) on a lease with an option to purchase.Well, first off, any Realtor out of school will probably get a preliminary title search to ensure they have all the names of owners to sign a listing contract, beyond that, even if they are stupid, the real estate company, the broker and agent have errors and omissions insurance to cover screw ups as does the title company and attorney as well as legit lenders.....ah wait, professional errors and omissions coverage, not available for "investors".

Any alternative housing (not stick built with foundation) will require a special use or conditional use permit, regardless of zoning.....which is so hard to get without a legit reason.
