I actually learned about expected value in my past professional life as a control systems engineer designing Extended Kalman Filters (you can google it if you like), not blackjack ... 2 vastly different paths that lead to the same exact conclusion :). 

I have a lead on a property that I am looking to acquire in the 19th ward and would like to use Private Money. 

The list pulled 600 leads and we did a mailing with a form that reached out to the all by name explaining we had tried to contact them before and had strong interest in property they owned and we had the ability to buy cash. 

What type of lists lead to most of your closed deals? 

I company close to Milwaukee would be great, but I'm no opposed to traveling within Wisconsin if needed.Any leads would be appreciated!

I took advantage of the pro membership and have been able to get some solid leads from posting in the marketplace on a few occasions! 

I wouldn't start with attorneys, because that just leads to more attorneys.

Also looking to see if this could lead to future investment deals with the agent in Baltimore- fix/flips.

Passive investing is to be part of an investment team buying larger multi-family property without being the lead investor who will source, negotiate and close the deal. 

Everything is fuzzy and seems to lead to information overload .Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction so that this fizzy picture starts to become clear .
