The HOA fees go towards beautiful landscaping, parks, trails, and events.

All exterior expenses such as roof, drive way, trees maintenance, landscaping, plumbing etc. are handled by the HOA.

You should find some crown molding, desert landscape wallpaper, wildlife pictures, bedding, rugs, and picture frames.  

I can also use or provide it for landscaping, snowplowing, etc.

These may include: Cleaning Fees, Property Management, home insurance, Property taxes, Repairs, Utilities, Landscaping/lawn care, Capital Expenditures, Annual, Principal + Interest, Short Term Occupancy Tax, HOA, Mortgage Insurance, Management Software, pool/hot tub maintenance, flood insurance, and more depending on the property and area. 4.

I have two 2000 built B-class apartments just like your example and I'm still fighting with expenses for landscaping, the pool, etc.

The concerns which I see with new construction is that in addition to the initial costs for backyard landscaping, window treatments, etc it is not known how many other neighborhood rental units will compete for tenants.

Now I am not an expert or agent, this is just my opinion from watching the changing landscape of certain areas in Chicago.
