@Kyle StuevenHi Kyle,Quick books is complicated to set up (if you intend to do it yourself), but it works.Since you have to ask what to use--and it looks like you are growing, if you use Quick Books, the easy way is to have an Investment Real Estate CPA set it up for you, and to send in your receipts via a phone app and pay for the book keeping and any reports you want, as well as tax prep.If you want, you can get an online Quick Books account if needed vs buying the software and running it yourself.It's not the lest expensive way, but the learning curve on quick books is rather large.Good Luck!
