I put my time and effort into a very active website and social media with free reports and articles and posts linking back to my website so I come up when people in my area search the internet on selling their house.I spoke to a competitor of mine here and he sends something like 8000 letter and has a bunch of bill boards.  

Or did you do your due diligence via the Internet?

All advice is welcomed:A "motivated" seller calls me based on an Internet ad.

The power of the internet can be a curse, if a person were in a room with others, they may not get any attention, on the internet they can be heard and recognized without any accountability, unless they are held accountable in a forum.

I completed my Oregon 150-hour real estate pre-license course a few weeks ago, and can honestly say that the decision with which programme to pick is very important!

This can result in the heater running {almost} continuously.If you have in-line thermostats on the wall, are you using manual or programmable thermostats?  

Also some before and after pics from the internet and estimating rehab costs with some known contractors helped bringing the case home - big time.Fast forward to today, we own 5 properties - two closed in the past two months.

Also, getting with technology has been the next step for me to grow as most of the deals I have actually gotten under contract came from the internet.
