Once you win the property your only concern is paying for it at that point.

IF the project can warrant those terms it can be a good win for all.  

When I got the winning bid, they gave me an auction.com pen, which (literally) is out of ink.

Sit down with a piece of paper and write down your thoughts, isolate, focus, execute and win.

And if they aren't maintained properly those super savvy lawyers everyone is warning you about will bust them apart in an instant.

It's kind of like the Raiders(NFL Football Team) celebrating a win in the pre-season when the purpose of playing in the NFL is to win a championship.
