I know it's annoying and painful, but if you have multiple entities,  you need to keep the funds separate.  

I felt your pain several times.  

While it a tax-deferred environment or tax-free in the case of a ROTH, it's really painful when mistakes are made.

I have previously been successful in lessening the "pain" of this increase for the tenants by increasing in stages rather than all at once.  

If mixing the stays, it could become more of a pain to manage.

I haven't had any luck with lawn care here in Denver, and this type of lawn seems to bring about those "goat-head" burrs that are a real pain and unpleasant.

I think I would pass due to the sheer pain in the butt factor - lol

If it was cost effective I would get the windows like I have in my home that have the blinds inside the window pains.. at least I have them on my man doors.. not on my regular window.. we have wood blinds there ( plantation) but those would get destroyed in a rental setting.its a tough one... you can get paper blinds as well just get used to replacing them very frequently just goes with the territory and the renter demographic and class of tenant frankly

It might be a pain to get rid of after the fact...
