Pump the brakes, do some reading, come up with a plan, and then seek coaching.There are a number of "gray hairs" (meaning experienced) people telling you what to do in this thread and it seems like you are ignoring the advice.

On the hand, 550 score with clean credit history tell lenders that though the number is not good but borrower is strong, just because he/she( especially investor) is not flying to bankruptcy court to trash his/her debts or ignoring his or her liability(monthly payments).You seem to have great credit history with no default or lateness.
