I am looking for an investor friendly bank that writes mortgages in house (my current credit union in NJ has stopped).I currently have 3 mortgages, so I'll be hitting magical number 4 soon after my move and need to get creative unless the lender is more lax.

Since the margins are typically so tight on commodity lumber, the supplier either has to take the hit and match the market, or ride it out.4) If you're including trusses in this, those can vary dramatically - huge swings in price... in part because the design is subject to the individual designer as well as some supplier have in-house truss capability while others act as a middleman.  

As well, I find that many consumers are ill informed and don't really care about the windows... they see all the nice shiny, new things/rooms in the house and if the windows are letting light in, they often don't give it a second thought.A contractor once called me up as he was putting a large addition on his brother's million dollar plus home in Northern Virginia.  

Luckily, I hit the 5 year mark in about 10 months and mine drops off.That being said, for return on your initial invested, without running a calculator, I would say you are still better off paying with as little down as possible.  

BP in of itself is does not make a potential partner a good choice there are a lot of scammers that are hitting this site lately and there are a lot of newbies and you don't really want to go thorugh their learning curve whne you yourself are in the learning stage.

In this business you truly need to think about situations where the proverbial stuff hits the fan, because it does happen from time to time, and I'd prefer not to incur the costs of evicting someone else if I'm not the owner of the home (not to mention lease payments I'm on the hook for if I did a sandwich lease option).

I am very much a numbers person so this book hits home.
