I have been to Houston a couple of times and think the city is developing well.

Once you have adopted your own pricing structures, its an easy for to develop from.  

It's a 5 unit strip center in a good location with two nationally franchised tenants, their store, a hair salon that has been there for a long time, and in the process of signing on the last unit which will be a nail salon.

Then I would look at the future land use map and how strong is the county and or city economic development and are they pro-growth?
