Just broke ground on the new Amazon distribution center, new growth for Mercedes, Toyota and Mazda.

When the ground breaking (finally) happens I think we will see it take off. 

Class B from what I am told. 5 ground retail/office with 10 apartments above.  

Other than that look for other ways to make money (side hustles) and put that money aside to help you get your real estate investing off the ground.

I am looking to be boots on the ground for someone who wants to invest here.

I have studied the market, I have contacts on the ground and it's one of my preferred markets in Latin America.

I've never bought "from a company", all the investors I know who got screwed either bought from a real estate investment company or with a boots-on-the-ground partner. 

I feel like once the VA is doing these things well and I've made an acquisition or two that covers the cost of them, I should be able to hire a "boots on the ground" 1099 employee that will show properties, interview tenants, do yearly walkthroughs, and check in on rehab projects. 

Nothing like an on the ground face to face.

Backoffice usually includes ISA/OSA call center, marketing, transaction coordinator, admin, listing specialists - all they need is boots on the ground.
