There are a lot of STR opportunities and if you play your cards right and land a decent purchase that ca cash flow its a wise investment.The flip side if is for some the reason your location is not as hot on the STR find a long term renter and cash flow with a longer lease.

I know the area I want to buy, and I plan to use the Deal Machine app to skip trace the leads and for post card marketing as well as cold calling.

Would recommend getting a no interest for 12 month credit card to handle furnishing costs and to limit amount of capital spent upfront.
