I told a lady in my golf league yesterday that I was looking for a small apartment to buy and she listed like 5 people she knew who have rentals of some sort and gave me all of their phone numbers.

Frank -Reunion Resort is a beautiful community with the variations of the architecture of the homes and the 3 golf courses. 

In fact, I don't know much about how to swing the hammer, but I do know exactly how much that hammer costs and how long it takes to swing it, that is the important aspect here.

I just don’t know I’m I’m swinging for the fences or not and if should be looking for a single family out of state for 50k or under. 

(just kidding, but there is a reason I asked).Many of the snowbirds want to be around other snowbirds and that means age restricted community. 55 and over with a couple waivers for over 40.12 years ago, wifey and I bought a VERY small park model in Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort.

Tearing out lawns, golf courses, cotton or hay fields... it's all cheaper. 

Not sure that get's you any 'leg up' but it gets you a swing at bat. 

I hate to lose this place for inexperience because I know I can swing it.
