I am contemplating the area around the Broad Street Station and University Heights or a little more east near the waterfront.

It all seems to trickle down once the neighborhood matures and construction reaches somewhat of a peak.In terms of revitalization, I personally have my eye on Grays Ferry which is the neighborhood west of Point Breeze and just east of University City. http://philly.curbed.com/2016/10/26/13322180/philadelphia-neighborhoods-to-watch

Hi All, My wife and I are gearing up to look at property in a few of the "Heights" neighborhoods (Shaker, Cleveland and University).

With government, university, medical, high tech, and other industries, Austin is very stable and not as impacted from a specific recession.  

I got my degree from the University of Missouri in Atmospheric Science.

The property is near the University of Cincy as well as many of the major hospitals in the area.

I am a recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S.

You want a credit card you can use anywhere so stay away from anything that is not universally accepted.In Canada for example American express is not as widely accepted as Visa.I do not use credit cards, I use debt on my LOC on all business expenses.
