But I am pretty sure Roofstock once they have done their inspections are not going to sell something that is old and broken down.. they are just like any other turnkey remarketer they want fresh rehabs.. they send their own inspectors in to do the home inspection so they Don't End up with a Morris Invest Oceanpointe fiasco IE selling homes that have no rehab .. they do their own independent inspection that they pay for so they know the inspector is working for them..
