All too often on this forum we find folks that are trying to reinvent the wheel, and it’s often times because they don’t have the money or the ingenuity to buy an old fashioned SFH to plant their flag in the ground.

And for the record, so would a form that contained a manual signature...anything can be easily faked/forged. 

I could lie...and have a family member fake a lease buuuuut, like I said I work for the government, soooo I don’t want to take that chance.

Since our son is young, we have a couple of years to move around before settling down into a great school district and planting roots.

Fifth wheels purchased and planted on the owner’s purchased lot and listed on Airbnb ( maybe other platforms too, not sure).

My only suggestion is to add some flowering plants there, to really wow them. 

Equipment: sheets of plywood for all downstairs openings, tools, empty boxes for their stuff, lock sets for every door, stack of 2X4's, long screws, nails, fake security cameras, no trespassing signs with California Penal Code 602 PC, gloves, masks, trash bags...If they won't leave, call the police (who won't help you but them showing up may make squatters run).  

With the survey in hand you can then create a proposed site plan which would generally include the following : Building size and location on the property, Septic area along with septic repair area ( unless you are able to tie into a sewage treatment plant), Parking, Building setbacks, Storm water retention area if applicable in your area, Lot coverage %, Fire Hydrant located within a acceptable distance for fire trucks to have access to, sometimes a landscaping plan and a lighting plan may be required. 

Kick backs, fake work orders, fake work reports... all make the world go around.
