I've been slow catching up on the pod casts, I have already watched all the youtube vids, is there a reason you don't video tape the pod casts and post them to youtube?

Works out economically if you are using the same color in most of your properties by buying larger volume of the better paint especially when you catch it on sale.Best Regards,Brian

We have taken on people with a felony or eviction, but we do so with eyes wide open. 

Of course there are some legal steps that have to be performed precisely (or the process can take awhile).There is nothing that makes me happier then the shine in someones eye when you agree to finance the property when the banks would not... but at the end of the day, it has to make financial sense for the both of us.Hope this helps!
