Purchase price: $160,000

Cash invested: $200,000

Sale price: $409,500

Probably the best class I've ever attended....more mindset than execution, but great mix of both.   

What strategy do you know the best and have the time, energy and skill to execute is a better question.

So I would say if the deed was executed and filed it would take priority over a will.

Or serve the RCJC form first and if the tenant does not sign, that falls under a similar provision to terminate tenancy as the purposes outlined in subparagraph (E) of paragraph (1) of the bill text? 

Whilst I know David Greene and others preach that appreciation is the key to wealth (not cash flow), we would really like to free ourselves from trading our time in a seat for money.
