As a matter of perspective, 2 is awful and 8 to 9 is very strong (relevance score is essentially you need to pay more to get more of some action because FB views you're ad strategy as not engaging to the customer).

Then you pay back the cards and original loan because the house now has a higher value and banks will lend on it.Not sure what you were thinking exactly but essentially you are "refinancing" or taking "equity out" of the house as opposed to reselling itHope it helps

So an experienced CPA recently told me that essentially all costs incurred prior to placing a tenant are considered to be acquisition costs and get written off only as depreciation.

Cabinets would just need new hardware but are otherwise in good condition, countertops look newer than the rest of it.The NumbersSeller provided:2x 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath 425 sq ft. at ~$700 2x 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 525 sq ft at ~$900-9501x "Weird" unit with upside potential: Essentially 2 1 bedroom units smooshed together because the city wouldn't license them separately (seller has no documentation as to why) 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Kitchen, 700 Sq Ft., rent at ~$1070.

It's both amazing as an investment since it's basically doubled in value in 7 years and as a place to live as there essentially is no commute time.
