Yes/NoTexas should require employers to screen new hires through the free E-Verify system to protect jobs for legal workers.

Before I graduated, I made a bunch of business cards that corresponded with my school and major so that when I went to different conferences and networking events I could give them to potential employers.

About half the price of OC, yet, still great schools, newer area, good employment and super low vacancy. 

We are both employed full time. 

I was a bit naive on some things and as I had shared with someone offline I dont know that I'd have been brave enough to take the leap to this business had my former employer at my W2 job made my life so miserable I hit rock bottom...so I have to give kudos to them for kicking me in the butt and throwing me over the cliff.  

I am certain we have less properties than about 80% of the folks on BP, as we both have full time employment in a field not related to real estate.   

Is it your employer, the company you own the holds rentals, or another business you have unrelated to real estate?

Employment outcome is always the best one I look for.

The location is fairly isolated from they key employment centers, there is really no reason for good tenants to want to live there.

I require good credit, employment, and deposits.
