I have no debt and a credit score of 686 (Was a 740 but due to fraud on a store cards it was maxed out which effect my score).

His neighbor with also 10 acres of ONLY land sold for 60K a few months ago...However, the seller has a judgement (close to 200K) that's gonna go in effect on the 18th.

Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough..
