Risk free and you don't have to do anything but go to the Treasury Direct website. 

The Treasury Direct website will debit the bank account holding the deposits to buy the TBills and when the bond matures automatically return the funds to the same account.

None of that matters because the algorithm and pacing of the sites and their own personal directives change faster than the speed of light.

I'm surprised how many Realtors were chiming in upset about Ken simply saying that its advantageous to buy direct from sellers.....

When you dive into it, there are a lot of nuances.First, there are subsections of retail: single tenant NNN, small unanchored neighborhood, grocery anchored, shadow anchored, power centers, regional malls, lifestyle centers, etc.Then you get into tenant mix and market specifics. 

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and land grant.
