Last year was very difficult now I have a fairly large medical bill I need to pay off.

That trend will probably continue at least through this year if not the next, so I would predict that any market where it's especially difficult to get an investment deal, regardless of where rents are right now they will be going up in the very near future to solidify profitability. 

This tenant has been super difficult to communicate, when I send him text he simply ignores the text and does not reply, does not call back etc.

We are getting to a point where financing will be difficult as we have acquired many properties over the last 6 months.

A big house attracts renters with lots of roommates, which is difficult to have subletting and also hard on the house. 

Do you realize that properties that sell twice within the same year undergo a more stringent appraisal review that could make it difficult on a buyer to get financing? 

That being said, it's been difficult to prioritize cash flow and find any deals given California housing market prices.

@Shriraj ShahYou may lack active participation in a syndication which would make it difficult to offset rental losses with other forms of income.In general, you are entitled to the same income/deductions whether you own the property yourself or through a syndication.
