Most insurance doesn't cover theft or damages due to break ins if a property is vacant for more than 30-60 days. 

I would keep repaint and as long as its not broken or damaged should be good!

or the deal is off and you will sue him for damages and/or specific performance. 

So the question I have is has anyone ever rented a property with a casita, and used the casita as an air bnb?
