I'm a little bit concerned whether that would be considered as unethical or offensive (of course, unethical is too strong a word here - but you get what I mean), just like when you buy a house, the buyer agent does not want you to work with other buyer agents.

In addition to those with certain incomes or credit, you could include criminal histories, pending litigation, etc.I'll ask a devil's advocate question which may or may not stir this pot a whole lot more, but do child molesters, rapist, kiddy porn peddlers, etc. all deserve the same standard of living and attention as those of us who aren't?

In the letter tell them that is they don't pay you will be filing in Small Claims Court.BTW- if they have decent credit and not a pure credit criminal you will likely be able to settle the issue and revive payment on the 1st court date thru mediation without it even going further.If they don't show up, then you will receive a Judgment which you then file at the courthouse which will not only show up on their credit, but will at what ever interest is set for that year for your State or County.
