If you do all the work and get a great price for the place will they thank you or continue to fight?

I know that I was logged into the forum as I had posted a reply.I continued after the login.When I was done reading all the threads that were new in the 3-4 forums I went back to the main page.

I continued to follow the market in both high and low end homes.

In the effort of continuous improvement, I ask the following...When tenants are late we post the standard Pay Rent or Quit notice or their door.

If the numbers still show you can make the profit you are looking for continue on to closing.

Currently i have $5,000 in investments ( i know its not much) and i want to continue to grow that.No one at my school (of about 2000 students) share the same passion as me except maybe a few exceptions.

That works for me so I am not complaining if you make a buck.Lets move forward and to continued growth in the community.

You should continue to use private sources in addition as you never know when a bank manager will changes or other things.

My business partner and I have found over and over that we continue to run into real estate people who are great with first impressions and get you charged with assuring you that they can do the job for you only to ride off into the sunset and not deliver, much less communicate that they can't do the job.Makes us crazy!
