I went to see the property in Feb 2020 as a potential co-investor.

Spoiler alert, I'm one of the co-software engineer on it.

Market to the west Walton Co is multi million dollar homes. 

For #2 - Having a knowledgeable agent for both transaction is helpful as there is a bit of co-ordination required between the two.

Also, I'll offer my stock advice on house hacking in Denver (or house hacking in Colorado Spring where we also work) ... keep it simple.

You’re better off managing it yourself or getting someone to co-host the property for you which is basically a different form of management.
