My main issue is that the lender is claiming if I don't close by the 25th they are going to charge me 1.5bps per day until we close out since the rate lock expires.

In my mind it was close to Pensacola, and it was a brand-new build and should have no problems renting out. 3 years later after working with an experienced investor/agent have had nothing but headaches.
