I made a detailed list of exactly what I need and gave a budget for the total project, this is not the problem.The problem is I don’t know what furniture to buy/where to buy/how to design the house.  

-Floors-Interior & Exterior paint-New deck-Resealed parking lot-Fans & lights-Bathroom vanities and hardware-Furniture-Cleaned up yard and added privacy fence What was the outcome?

In the rooms and cabin: remodel all bathrooms, interior paint, new furniture, some new flooring.

You're going to do fine there with a 2/1 as long as you have a tub in it for bathing young children.

I don't think they came in with the new tenant although it is possible the roaches hitched a ride on suitcases, backpacks, furniture etc.

Because those who rent often don’t have a lot of furniture and appliances of their own, they are seeking places that can supply them.This is especially applicable in a college student market or for young, single professionals.

But if I can get the furniture and fixtures I might be able to go over a bit.

Our children were well entertained with the video games, pool table, Foosball table, board games, AND POOL!

There's a very good chance she left behind junk furniture and you'll never hear from her.

On the other hand, though I would like to vacate current tenants to increase rent tremendously, I also came to learn some tenants have been living there for over 10 years, have family and young children, paying rent on time.
