I am currently in the process of narrowing down my potential areas: Thus far have started looking into Bloomington Indiana, San Antonio Tx, and Birmingham AL - mostly just because these are places i've visited/have people nearby/have found some promising price/rent ratios.I think us long-distance investors need to stick together, as this is becoming a more and more frequent avenue for those of us that live in areas that are just too expensive to cash flow.
