I technically might have been able to hold them to the contract as technically the screens were brand new, but I just wanted it to be done and over with. 

He spoke to the appliance repair company and they said it's hard to make a case that the washer leak was due to negligence because apparently that brand of washer has had that type of issue reported many times. 

I'm not sure Meetup is the best platform to organize it around as that would be open to all including people who are brand new, and it could end up being lopsided on experience which isn't what I'm looking for.
