Hi Eric,I got few flips under my belt and did couple renovation projects for around 20 properties.

Usually every 7-10 years you see corrections....much more noticeable in the sun belt, but really anywhere there is rampant speculation.  

Then with some experience under your belt, it will help give momentum to do more risky (albeit more capital friendly) BRRRRR projects.

Generally the booking sites will give your 'new' listing priority in search results as you get started so you can get some reviews under your belt and start getting data into their algorithm. 

Just spent a nice afternoon in Cleveland.. like what i saw of this rust belt city... looks like another one on its way up.Looks like we will plant some investment roots.
