@Katie Neason Hi Katie, I used a Sherwin-Williams Porch & Deck enamel (2 coats) followed by 2 applications of 'clear-coat'.

Be sure to use a good primer sealer for the first coat though- depending on the paneling, the stain can bleed through pretty badly.

It should be pretty obvious when somebody brings in an unapproved animal, if you do any sort of inspections.
