Do you have any recommendations on an agency that would sponsor me on the licensee knowing that I'm not going to be actively working as a buyers/seller's agent other than on a limited part-time basis?

I have been actively skip tracing since before they had all those fancy programs that made it so easy!

We are open to exploring other lending options or finding a solution to transfer funds without incurring other fees/taxes.Any ideas would be great!

They can also help you with which title companies they use which is a key step, some title companies are more friendly than others with regard to investor activities.

Option 2: I have been finding more deals on the more expensive houses in the 250K+ range, i have crunched numbers on a handful of houses in this range come across a good number that have showed positive passive profits in the $200+/month range, but im concerned on these taking up to much of my active income.

I tend to agree with this statement and have been successful in helping companies identify their profit producing activities and then create systems and processes to make those easier. 

I not only like to be more active in the investing, but also I figured that I probably know a thing or two (although not much) more than someone has never bought an investment property. 

I just received an email that I was granted another award, and I guess it shows up on my profile, but does it have any value besides knowing that someone is an active member of BP?
