@Antony Gayden They are all two bedroom units with basements, we are totally re-doing bath and kitchen, floors have to be refinished, new appliances and electric, some plumbing, all walls have to be recoated a few windows, paint.

The tenant also told me that the move in condition of the property was terrible (dirty carpets, holes in the walls, broken glass windows, etc.). 

@Ally H. it is, but I would still need to do some basic things - repaint, recaulk windows, etc. it's In average condition for Hawaii. 

Could you do a screening print in the rear window of your vehicle?

It's very straightforward stuff structurally; the costly part will be all of the windows and doors and labor to put up a new wall with no crazy 45 degree angles and odd turns.

I just wish I had a windows computer at home like I do at work - excel on Mac makes me want to pull my hair out.

JillAnd you can have the Google Hangout text/message box open as a pop-up over a Gmail window....which is a much cleaner way to communicate than having a Facebook page open using FB Messenger!!
