Guest agrees this policy supersedes VRBO / Homeaway policy.I'm not a lawyer so i'm not 100% sure this would hold up, but it seems like it should do the trick when sending to credit card companies as proof for disputes.

This is why you would be wise hire an Attorney to do your formation work, as opposed to LegalZoom or your accountant, as these tricks of the trade are not widely known or disseminated by the average person.

Buy rental to rehab and rent, refinance as soon as I can with traditional mortgage.In either case I may be able to swing the repair costs on my own as long as I can make the purchase with nothing down from a HML.Of course the next trick is to find properties far anough below the ARV that it will work.
