Any thoughts on best practices for converting equity in property into cashflow.

I was looking at a few of the North GA and Western NC mountain towns.I think it will boil down to what are your goals, what kind of property you are able to purchase, and how you manage/market it.

What kind of properties are you interested in?

My CPA says STR "A" can only deduct expenses for STR property "A", and only up to income level.
