Hi all,I have some very rudimentary questions about what I can expect in renting out my 3 bed/2 bath home and becoming a landlord.This home is in the north Atlanta region in a very middle class swim community neighborhood1: Specifically, I am interested in what SHOULD be charged above the mortgage and escrow to make this a viable option as an investment property.

I'm in the north suburbs.

My team manages a lot of property in those areas, in addition to the northwestern part of SA.

I live in the north Seattle metro area, so I'm thinking it would probably be smart to try and buy something less expensive in a different market, but I'm just not sure where to start.
