I've read some inspiring posts on this site and it gives me great hope to know I too will post my success stories in the coming months!  

With the inspiration from a family member that has had a very successful real estate career, we decided to go into real estate together.

I have read "rich dad poor dad", Think and Grow Rich" and also "The Richest man in Babylon" all three have inspired me on my path to real estate investing. 

Not what you think you should be doing based on "guru" advice, but what inspired you to get into Real Estate. find that person, then find out if they are willing to be PAID to mentor you.

Just finished reading the book Lifeonaire and what a great inspiration book!
